Throughout the 2025–2026 academic year, the Student Climate Fellows led and collaborated on a wide range of projects addressing sustainability and climate justice across California's Community Colleges. From researching the environmental footprint of emerging technologies to organizing campus wide sustainability initiatives, this cohort of fellows brought fresh perspectives and hands on leadership to some of the most pressing challenges facing our communities today.
